Latin Cocoa Hazelnut Bar

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup Latin cocoa powder

  • ¼ cup coconut oil

    (melted)

  • 2 tbsp honey

  • 4 dates (pitted, chopped)

  • ½ cup hazelnuts (roughly chopped)

  • Pinch of sea salt

Steps: Mix cocoa and coconut oil until thick. Add honey, dates, hazelnuts, and salt. Top with more hazelnuts. Place it on a tray. Chill 2+ hours. Try not to eat it all at once!

Hibiscus Water

Berries Yogurt

Ingredients:

  • 10g Cow Gold

  • 400g mince/protein

  • 10g Taco Maker

  • 100g tomato purée

  • 2 Tomatoes

  • 1 Red onion

  • 15gr Cilantro

  • ½ Lemon juice

  • Sea salt

  • 1 Avocado

  • 2 Arepa

  • 20gr Greek yogurt

Steps:

  1. Cook the protein in Cow Gold, add Taco Maker, salt, and tomato purée. Cook 15 min.

  2. Pico de gallo: mix lemon-soaked onion with diced tomato + cilantro.

  3. Guacamole: mash avocado with lemon-soaked onion + cilantro.

  4. Sour cream: mix yogurt, lemon juice, and a pinch of salt.

  5. Toast arepa in Cow Gold, 5 min each side.

  6. Plate everything your way and repeat!

Ingredients:

  • 2g dried hibiscus flower

  • 2g honey

  • 2gr lemon juice

  • 80ml water

Steps:
Brew hibiscus in hot water for 3+ min. Add honey. Enjoy hot, or cool with cold water for a refreshing drink.

Ingredients:

  • 150g Greek yogurt (about ½ cup)

  • 1 tsp honey

  • 1 tbsp Naked jam

  • 2 tbsp nuts (your favorite)

  • ¼ cup fresh berries

Steps:
Mix yogurt with honey. Top with jam, nuts, and berries.
