MEXICAN BOWL

Ingredients:

  • 10g Cow Gold

  • 400g mince/protein

  • 10g Taco Maker

  • 100g tomato purée

  • 2 Tomatoes

  • ½ Red onion

  • 15gr Cilantro

  • ½ Lemon juice

  • Sea salt

  • 1 Avocado

  • 2 Arepa/Tortilla

  • 20gr Greek yogurt

Steps:

  1. Cook the protein in Cow Gold, add Taco Maker, salt, and tomato purée. Cook 15 min.

  2. Pico de gallo: mix lemon, soaked onion with diced tomato + cilantro.

  3. Guacamole: mash avocado with lemon-soaked onion + cilantro, sea salt.

  4. Sour cream: mix yogurt, lemon juice, and a pinch of salt.

  5. Toast arepa/tortilla in Cow Gold, until golden on both sides.

  6. Plate everything your way and repeat!
